We are committed to offering you the best online shopping experience, which is why here on the other side there is a completely dedicated team from confirming your order to preparing your package and sending it out.
Central Pet Store works directly with the best manufacturers and suppliers in the world, and that's how we get exclusive products, after finalizing your order, your package will be sent directly from our international logistics to the address left at the time of registration, with the exception of customers who made custom shipping to BR.
In order to maintain the transparency of our services, it is extremely important to make the following conditions explicit.
- Discount coupons are not accumulative.
- The invoice is issued in the amount referring to the intermediation of the service provided (logistics/import), as our products are imported this is the legal way of taxation.
- In case of loss or any delivery problem related to our carrier, a new shipment will be requested and the delivery period will restart.
- In exchanges, we do not bear the return shipping costs (please check the measurements of the glasses on their page, we are available for any clarification on our products).
